Anil Kumar Sharma, Architect, ASA, New Delhi

With over three decades of experience, Mr. Anil Kumar Sharma is one of the most reputed architects in India. Having gained substantial industry experience, he established his own architecture firm, ASA in 1989. He has been involved in various reputed hotel, mall and office building projects all over South East Asia.

Mr. Sharma’s works have been published in prestigious architectural journals like A+D & Archi-Design. He has also been design jury member for national level architectural awards.

Mr. Sharma holds a Bachelor’s in Architecture from IIT Roorkee.



Kishen Seshadri, Architect & Town Planner



Mr. Seshadri has over fifteen years of experience as an architect and town planner. He has immense exposure and knowledge in the fields of Integrated Residential Townships, Group Housing, Retail Shopping Malls, Commercial Office Complex, Leisure and Themed Urban Development Projects. He is an expert in Integrated Townships (Urban Development Projects) and has been the principal designer for six townships spanning over 1500 acres.

Mr. Seshadri holds degrees in Architecture and Masters in Town Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and has pursued Real Estate Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.

Mr. Seshadri has more than forty years of experience in Town Planning and Urban Development.  As Town / Regional Planner, Orissa, he was responsible for framing, designing and implementation of urban development schemes including land acquisition, finance, design and infrastructure.

Mr. Seshadri holds his Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Institution of Engineers, Kolkata and his Master’s in Town Planning from School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi.


Prof. R. Shankar Ramasubramaniam, Professor



Mr.R. Shankar is a Professor & Former Head at Department of Architecture and Planning, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. Besides teaching and research at IIT Roorkee for 35 years, Prof. Shankar has published more than 70 papers in technical / professional journals. He has guided 60 B.Arch thesis, 4 PhD project thesis and 40 MURP/M.ARCH dissertations. His architectural and planning consultancy works include preparation of Perspective Plan for Greater Noida Phase-II, Master Plan for Gangotri Dham and Design of Headquarters Building for PTCUL, at Dehradun.

He holds Bachelor’s in Architecture from College of Engineering, Trivandrum in 1971 and Post Graduate Diploma in Planning from School of Planning, CEPT University, Ahmedabad in 1974.


Amit Ghosal, Architect & Town Planner



Mr. Amit Ghosal is an Architect-Planner with over thirty years of wide and varied experience in Planning, Design and Execution of Urban-Scale Projects of national eminence. His core strengths are to conceive, plan and design large-scale projects with economically viable and appropriate infrastructure services.

His areas of interest and specialization are of “Energy Efficient Buildings”, responsive to local climate, renewable energy applications in Architectural Design and Planning Principles, incorporating waste-recycling, rain-water harvesting, aquifer-recharge, economics in the lay-out of services, landscaping and other applications towards “Sustainable-Development”. Mr. Ghosal has balanced his work with teaching responsibilities as visiting faculty member to SPA New Delhi, CEPT Ahmedabad and TVB School of Habitat Studies, New Delhi.

Mr. Ghosal holds his Bachelor’s in Architecture from The University of Roorkee (U.O.R) and Post Graduate Diploma in Planning from CEPT Ahmedabad.
